We take very seriously any submitted report and will review and investigate all allegations of suspected or confirmed fraud, waste, and abuse, as well as any complaints or grievances. BAYS enforces corrective actions to address all alleged abuse and will report to the appropriate authorities and ensures that employees, network service providers, and subcontractors comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as BAYS' internal policies and contractual obligations.
